Good evening everyone.

Well I've had a great day today and I hope yours was too. Entertained my 80 year old dad for a few hours this afternoon and I cooked Amritsari fish with a kachumber salad and it tasted amazing. I even managed to spend an hour or so writing 1,070 words, which has now taken my total word count for the novel to 54,021!

If any of you love Indian food, then I highly recommend Rick Stein's India book. It features the recipe I cooked today and lots more amazing recipes. Definitely one of my favourite books.
